I haven't updated or posted in quite some time. I had another setback, along with some personal/family issues that really put me in a deep dive of "meh, who cares?"
But things are back on track for me now, I hope. I've said that so many times before but maybe this time around it will stick. I started back on a no-grains/keto/Atkins style diet that I have been off of since I have been ill and it seems to be making a big difference. It's more for inflammation than weight loss, but considering I have gotten fat the weight loss is a happy side effect.
So, I'm back to making progress, and healing.
I'll try to do better at keeping all my friends here updated, I just really needed to crawl in a shell for a while to get my head straight and my healing back on track.
This all started in August-September of 2019 with a Behcet's wound on my leg, in October of 2019 during Lolapalooza my throat was attacked and I couldn't eat or barely drink water even. All winter of 2019-2020 I fought Behcet's attacks, and by the time I headed home in March 2020 I was in the worst BD attack in 20 years.
Two solid years of pain, bandage changing and missing out on the things I love in life put my head in a bad space. Now, I think my headspace is better.
Fingers crossed that keto and my supplements will keep the inflammation at bay until I am fully healed!
The day before YT for my friends on Locals!
As requested, here is the camper I never built because I ended up getting the Taylor Coach!

Went and looked at a local campground that does monthly site rental and I'm considering it.
Having a permanent site for the winter with hookups means I can at least use my coach this winter.
It's a definite maybe lol
If you ever read my first book 'Stand Tough' the doctor that saved my life way back when with my legs is still my gen prac doctor.
He said good progress, and continue on with my supplements and self care. He is now weaning me off prednisone, so maybe I can take care of this fatass problem I developed while being sedentary for so long.
Do you have autoimmune disorder issues and want to know the supplement regiment I devised to get me back on track?
Drop a like or comment if you want to know!
