I'm Changing Everything! Please Give This A Read!

I haven't updated in quite some time. First, I'm doing fine and healing. I haven't left the house since about June 25th, and I am bored to death! I haven't done anything in the shop, the furthest I have made it from the back porch is out into the driveway to check on my truck. This is a choice I have made to have the best healing potential possible and so far it's working.
Now, about changing things! I was a bit green about Locals when I started on this platform, and just used recommended settings. I love this platform and will be switching almost all my content to here soon. I didn't know I could set prices so easily, so now instead of $7 a month to access all content and message me I have set it to the site minimum of $2.
I'm not trying to make a living off of Locals subscriptions, I just want to interact with people who actually want to interact with me. I started posting videos nine years ago on YT to reach out to other people like me and I found a lot of able-bodied friends along the way and also found many assholes.
The paywall to comments is not as much a revenue generator for me as it is a way to filter out the people that just have stupid or mean things to say. If you want to make ugly comments you have to pay for the privilege, kinda. Locals already have a live chat feature, and soon will have a live streaming feature and that is one of the reasons I'm making changes.
So, a quick list of changes I will be making when I am back to creating decent and fun content again:
~ I will rarely if ever post videos to youtube
~ https://odysee.com/@NoLegsNoProblemTV will become my main backup channel as all my YT content is there now already
~ I will be discussing a bit more of my personal views on life and the world, as those views directly impact my life as an amputee and auto-immune disease patient.
~ While it won't be graphic, I will discuss this and other Behcet's Disease attacks more openly in hopes that it might help others with auto-immune disorders.
I will elaborate on all of this in a video in the next few weeks, and until then I will be making a conscious effort to keep all my friends here better updated with posts, video shorts, and photos.
Thank you all so much for following along with me, and reminding me that the things I do sometimes matter!
Neil

Coming up for air!

I haven't updated or posted in quite some time. I had another setback, along with some personal/family issues that really put me in a deep dive of "meh, who cares?"
But things are back on track for me now, I hope. I've said that so many times before but maybe this time around it will stick. I started back on a no-grains/keto/Atkins style diet that I have been off of since I have been ill and it seems to be making a big difference. It's more for inflammation than weight loss, but considering I have gotten fat the weight loss is a happy side effect.
So, I'm back to making progress, and healing.
I'll try to do better at keeping all my friends here updated, I just really needed to crawl in a shell for a while to get my head straight and my healing back on track.
This all started in August-September of 2019 with a Behcet's wound on my leg, in October of 2019 during Lolapalooza my throat was attacked and I couldn't eat or barely drink water even. All winter of 2019-2020 I fought Behcet's ...

Found my next build!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Static Camping?

Went and looked at a local campground that does monthly site rental and I'm considering it.
Having a permanent site for the winter with hookups means I can at least use my coach this winter.
It's a definite maybe lol
